Went church wif Jon ytd evening to attend their children mass, saw his sister, brother and mom for the first time. These kinda thing muz attend more than juz one tym in order not to feel out of place i guess...
Took mrt to town, had dinner at Swensens. The queue was super long, frm the look of it might take at least one and a half hrs. Haa, v lucky onli 2 of us, the rest were in grps, they had tables for 2 pple, so we sorta cut queue. I ate Salmon and Mushroom Baked Rice, Jon had Sirloin Steak, oso ordered their fries and we had an ice cream each. wahs, super filling...
Took a walk towards Taka after dinner, the crowd was quite big already, pushing and shoving and all ard can see pple spraying snow spray on each other! Kinda fun when u hear screams, lol~ Went to IndoChine to haf a drink as well as the avoid the crowd for a while. took a seat somewhere near the railings wer the crowd was moving. Bad mistake... At one pt in time, the crowd got reallie rowdy, started climbing over the railings into IndoChine rite in front of wer we were sitting, god! Kids were crying, pple screaming and shouting at each other, pple pushing and shoving, super messy! I guess crowd control wasn't done appropriately, den i tink the police force set up road blocks somemore, pple had to take a big detour via Wisma. Another thing is the pple, S'poreans reallie quite jialat, i mean their attitude. Got so agitated when being squashed and pushed, i mean, shud haf expected tt it will happen marh. if cannot take it den dun turn up for such events la. One more thing even worse, i dunno why parents will bring their kids wif them. sorrie to say tt kids are the one who suffered most ytd, i do sympathise wif them manz~
At the stroke of midnite, pple started cheering and spraying their snow sprays full blast. Jon and I decided to go out take a look. haa, all ard can see pple sprayed completely white, and often target gerz de. I myself kena quite a lot, v jialat for me coz my nose sensitive to the things coming out frm snow spray cans, kip sneezing non stop~ Had a v long walk up and down the stretch of Orchard. On the whole is a v nice X'mas Eve for me, i hadn't had such fun in ages. Thanks dear, for making everything happen :)
